In May 2017 the newly renovated Balti Jaama Turg opened its doors for the first time to Tallinn. Filled with a wide variety markets, shops and restaurants, including Baojaam. Gram Media decided unexpectedly to capture the opening, showing chef bao Mihkel working together with Kurly Beats to set the right tones for the future.
